Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking on this site. These services use cookies and similar technologies to measure how visitors find and use our pages. You can opt out of Google's tracking by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Your rights
California residents (and others) may request access to, deletion of, or correction of personal information we hold about them. Email ronnie@sandiegoconcrete.ai with the request and we will respond within 30 days.
Data retention
We retain lead and client records for the duration of the customer relationship plus the period required by California tax and CSLB record-keeping rules (typically 4–7 years from the last transaction). Leads that don't convert may be retained for up to 2 years for follow-up, then deleted on request or in our normal data-cleanup cycle.
Children
This site is directed at adult homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least 30 days.
