The work: new concrete stairs, mid-bank retaining wall & yard extension, and deck pier at 5453 bloch street, backfill, import fill & compaction to enlarge upper yard - 107 sf, new concrete stairs from lower patio to upper yard (replacing existing wood deck stairs) - 57.6 sf, short load fee, new pour-in-place retaining wall across mid-bank (mirror of lower wall) - 20 lf, dump run. Built on a compacted base with control joints so it drains right and holds up.
